About Omar

Having travelled the world from his home in the Middle East to as far afield as India and as Malaysia, Omar found his way to Vancouver in 2010 and has called this fantastic city home ever since. However, Omar values his time spent abroad hugely and cites it as being the main sculptor of his career to date. Indeed it allowed him to acquire and refine an already inherent sales technique, specifically in dealing with high-end clientele and high-end product.

This time also instilled within Omar a high level of environmental awareness. Such was the impact that it inspired him to create and execute the highly successful CarrotMob event that took place in Vancouver last year. The event was a medium through which businesses could become more aware of their carbon footprint and indeed how to become more energy efficient.

Most recently Omar joins the Sotheby’s International Realty team having peaked at a highly successful career at a property management and acquisition team, operating in the heart of Vancouver. This again afforded him a valuable insight into the intricacies of the Vancouver Real Estate market. The collective value of Omar’s professional experience to date means that he is arguably one of the most well rounded and informed Realtors operating in Vancouver Today.
