1st Annual Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake Charity Golf Tournament

Thursday, October 1st was the Annual Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake Charity Golf Tournament. The Sotheby's International Realty Canada Niagara team sponsored a hole "closest to the Open House sign" and the winner received two Toronto Maple Leaf hockey tickets at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. In the photograph are Alex Falovo who braved the 13 degree weather at the 15th hole and attached SIRC's golf bag tags to all 132 golfers to qualify for the prize, Glenn and Nancy Brazeau and the delighted winner, Ray Hunter. It was announced that evening that Sotheby's International Realty Canada, Niagara-on-the-Lake branch will be the major sponsor of the tournament next year with all proceeds going towards the fundraising for our new community centre. The tournament raised $20,000.00 this year at the golf tournament.
