Revelstoke - First Single-Family Home at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

After handling the initial property launch and sales, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada recently resumed marketing the resort’s real estate offerings. Since Sotheby’s rejoined Revelstoke Mountain Resort, brisk sales have started at Nelsen Lodge residences at original prices.

Construction and finishing of the first timber-frame luxury home at Revelstoke Mountain Resort are now complete. A dozen more single-family custom houses are under construction. The first of three Nelsen Lodge condo hotel buildings is also completed, and construction of the two remaining Nelsen Lodge buildings will proceed this year. The Tangiers townhomes are scheduled to be finished between October 2010 and April 2011.
