Sales Increase in Montréal

Sales in the Montréal Metropolitan Area increased by 16 per cent in April 2010 compared to April 2009, according to the Greater Montréal Real Estate Board’s MLS®statistics.

New Real Estate Brokerage Act
We are receiving questions about the new Real Estate Brokerage Act which, as you know, came into effect on May 1. We are evaluating how best to implement the changes proposed by this new Act. All of these changes will need to be made within the next 18 months.
