A Run-Away Success: Tobiano Sets Saturday Sales Record
 
June 19, Kamloops, B.C. — It may be the ultimate recreational property, with a little
something for everyone: horse enthusiasts, golfers, fishers, boaters—even those who
prefer to kick back and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Tobiano, an 18,000-acre master-
planned resort community overlooking Kamloops Lake, has been gaining notice from

Michael Grenier purchased the Tobiano property in 1996, moving from Toronto to live

arid desert of rolling grasslands and hills of sagebrush.  
 
An integral part of the Tobiano development is the 18-hole championship golf course—
