Sotheby's International Realty opens in Westmount, Quebec

Sotheby's International Realty has arrived in Westmount.
Last Tuesday evening, the company famous for operating the world's oldest auction house held a cocktail party to mark the official opening of a branch of its real-estate division at One Westmount Square, and to celebrate the first anniversary of its office in Old Montreal. The guest list included Robert MacDougall, president of Sotheby's International Realty Quebec, and Allan Gotlieb, Canada's ambassador to the United States from 1981 to 1989, who is now chairman of Sotheby's Canada.
