Nate went above and beyond in assisting with our purchase. As an example, we had a tour scheduled to view a property approximately 30km outside of Kelowna. The night before and morning of our scheduled tour it snowed heavily, making the drive somewhat tricky. Instead of rescheduling, Nate went to the effort of borrowing a 4x4 truck from a family member to be able to navigate the snow covered roads so that we could view the property as scheduled. By far the best experience I have had with a realtor to date. He made sure we were priced competitively, made sure that we countered properly when our first instinct was to just say "ok". He ensured we got top dollar for our property and still managed to close our sale within weeks of listing it. Nate Flavel is a very capable real estate agent and a well rounded all around interesting person to boot. He was always on time (actually waited for us every appointment) and well prepared for our days out to view multiple locations. He was open to our observations, but was also quick to input his own queries.
