The bedrooms of the Lawn Houses all have access to their own private balconies. The nautical cues exist everywhere from stainless steel railings to porthole windows in some of the bedrooms and even on the stairs.
The exterior of the Lawn Houses have stainless steel louvers in place to help shade the interior spaces from direct sunlight during the day, while allowing for magnificent views from the inside. The Lawn houses also have large symbolic masts, giving the feel of being on a yacht, as well as
having balcony decks finished with Aikona teak, a popular yacht decking material.
The master bedroom suite of the Lawn House comes with a walk-in closet and a bathroom where you can lie in the bath and enjoy the view out of a private window overlooking the sea.
The roof terrace, like all other floors, is served by a four passenger elevator and has stunning possibilities for entertaining, with facilities for an outdoor kitchen and drinks cooler. It also has a built in jacuzzi.
High ceilings not only promote a sense of space but feel cooler in warm climates
Tall doors give the entrance to every room a sense of occasion
Biometric, fingerprint controlled locks are on the front doors, so you dont need to be burdened with keys for you or the children to lose when you go to one of the pools
0.2 watt LED lights on all the balconies cost next to nothing to run and twinkle in the night
A dramatic, double height reception room gives it volume, highlighted by a glass mezzanine dining floor, reached by a carbon fibre spiral staircase
White limestone floors inside and out look cool and are cool to the touch as well as blurring the distinction between inside and outside living
18.28 millimetre (three quarters of an inch) thick, floor to ceiling, sliding glass windows, made in Germany and TUV tested, guarantee that a flying object, up to 125mph, will not penetrate them in the unlikely event of an hurricane. The odds of being struck by a hurricane in Grenada are the same as the odds of being struck by one in New York
Stunning white walls provide a perfect backdrop to Caribbean colours and cool wood cladding
Yacht masts suspend a stainless steel and aluminum par brise outside the house to provide welcome shade from the afternoon sun
