Spinnaker Condo 03

Spinnaker 03 is a 3 story condo unit which has a massive rooftop terrace, a private plunge pool, and incredible views over Prickly Bay. On the first level there are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The second level has the kitchen, living area, and dining room, as well as panoramic views of the bay. The third level is accessible by opening a sliding hatch, similar to those found on luxury yachts. The terrace is double wide, which allows for endless entertaining possibilities.
