The Okanagan Collection was developed out of the collaboration of a highly qualified group of Sotheby’s professionals working as a team to create an outstanding portfolio of exceptional residences and project developments.
It is our strong belief that the time for the Okanagan is now. Urban communities such as Kelowna have experienced phenomenal growth in the past decade, opening doors and creating greater recognition for the luxury real estate market that the Okanagan has to offer. The Kelowna Airport is currently undergoing the first initiatives of a one billion dollar expansion plan which will soon see direct international flights, creating a gateway into the Okanagan region. Recognition for the wines of the area have not only reached a national level, but have taken international acclaim, providing further avenues for the culture surrounding these wineries such as the art, the people and their lifestyles. Real estate naturally fits with these other mediums and given our brand reputation through Sotheby’s we are not only in aposition to represent the finest properties available, but also have access to the clients that desire them.
